General Informations

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Keep in mind that tracking updates may take some time to reflect accurately.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 – 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Pre-Orders will take more time to be processed, up to 6 weeks or more.  Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We currently process all our orders from North America (United States, Canada and Mexico) from Alabama, while all EU orders are processed from Italy. As we offer shipping from multiple locations, our rates might change based on the location you selected. 

Orders of products from multiple locations can be made, but expect multiple shipping fees to be charged. OmahaBricks has a weight based system in place  to calculate postage fees, they are automatically calculated in the check out page, you can get estimated delivery fees up front, by selecting the country you’re shopping from in the checkout page. 

 

Free Shipping

We offer Complimentary First Class shipping on all U.S. orders of $350 or more. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. All Digital Products are available for download right after an order is placed, both from the confirmation email and from the downloads page of your account on OmahaBricks.com

Omahabricks® will always choose  the most reliable yet cost-effective carrier based on your location. Orders with free shipping may be combined to minimize costs, as long as it doesn’t result in a delay in shipment.

 

 

Returns and Refund Policy

General Informations

All orders of physical producs (i.e. complete kits) may be retured if they are new, and unopened. You are responsible for paying the return postage. We will give a refund once the product has been received and inspected. If the product is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear and tear you will get a refund for the subtotal without the (original) shipping costs If the product is received damaged or/and has wear or/and tear no refund will be issued.

 

Digital Products

No refunds are granted on digital products such as Building Instructions, read carefully before making any purchase. No kit will ever cost as low as $4. All sales are final for custom products.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders such as Complete Kits are elegible to be returned. Moreover, you may also cancel your order within the first week after the order is placed. Note that for all PRE-ORDERS a restocking fee of 40% is charged. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

Defective items

If we made an error in your order, please send us an email to support@omahabricks,com and let us know the issue. We will do our best to help correct it

If you received a defective item, please send us an email to support@omahabricks.com and attach clear pictures of the defect. We will pay the shipping cost if the defect on was made during the manufacturing / processing of item / order. We are not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or local taxes for all international shipments.
