Total Bricks: 527

The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was a rugged and versatile American fighter aircraft that saw extensive service during World War II. Powered by an Allison V-1710 engine, it could reach speeds of up to 360 mph and excelled at low- to mid-altitude combat. Armed with six .50 caliber machine guns, the P-40 was effective in both air-to-air engagements and ground-attack missions. Its durable construction and adaptability made it a favorite among pilots in harsh environments, from the deserts of North Africa to the jungles of the Pacific. Perhaps best known for its service with the “Flying Tigers,” the P-40 became an enduring symbol of resilience and bravery in the face of adversity.
